A new life

So I'm over three weeks into high school, it's gotten pretty exciting-ish... I got grounded so I can't really do anything... That's my fault. I am glad for all my friends I have in highschool everyone is so kind to me. I love my school. Sadly I was not able to apply for soccer because I'm grounded. Hopefully I'll be able to apply for Swim team in the Fall and track in the Spring. I'm doing great in grades, the teachers remind us of our missing assignments and are very helpful with everything. However, a kid did kill himself Thursday. I will never forget that, everyone acts like it's normal... This is my first time in a public school in a long time. I just think they should make a bigger deal about a high schooler killing himself. We all went to our homerooms Friday morning, the counselor and principle came around and announced that the guy killed himself, not many people knew him, so they just went back to laughing talking and smiling as if nothing happened. It was very foggy that morning, and alot of kids missed their bus, including me- that's no coinsidence. I didn't know the kid that well, but he was very sweet, he didnt deserve to die, no one does. We all have to move on. Anyways, I watched Moana for the first time... It was awesome! Very empowering, I loved it, one of my favorite movies! My birthday's coming up soon- October 4th- I think I'm going to get my hair died bright blonde and bright purple. Purple's my favorite color obviously. My birthday's on a school day... I kind of don't want to go to school for my birthday but I'll probably have to. Maybe my dad will let me join the swimming team for my birthday.
